Shipping Policy
At Sariva Rozén, each piece falls into one of three categories: In Stock, Pre-Order, or Made-to-Order.
IN STOCK
In-stock pieces are ready to ship and will typically be dispatched within 6–8 business days of order placement.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order pieces are produced in limited quantities before they arrive at our fulfillment location.
Pre-order items ship within one month of order placement unless otherwise stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
MADE-TO-ORDER
Our made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because these garments are not kept in inventory, production requires additional time. Made-to-order pieces typically ship within 7–10 weeks of purchase.
