Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because pieces from The Occasion Collection are made specifically for you after your order is placed, Made-to-Order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
However, we stand behind the quality of our garments. If there is an issue with your Made-to-Order piece upon arrival, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
